SK Renovations work closely with K Rend and are fully certified K Rend recommend applicators – for all your rendering needs. K Rend through coloured silicone renders are the obvious choice for a lasting freshly rendered appearance for a prolonged period. Maintenance is low and a natural looking finish is provided throughout an extensive range of colours.

Cellar Conversions

At SK Renovations we understand the communication problems of having multi trades in for something as important as cellar/basement renovations, so at SK Renovations we are also qualified to new BS 8102, to survey, report and apply cementitious and cavity drain systems. In most cases, this is a quicker and more affordable way to add an important room to your house, whether that be an office, home cinema, child's play den or a chill out room.
